Can someone tell me where the remhack mod is?

Should be downloadable from the downloads section, under the submenu called "assoc mods" right here at this site.

Click "home", then click "downloads", then click on the "assoc mods" in the submenu to the right on your screen. Its called "REM Hacker"

It needs UniGui, too, I think. Be sure to read what is necessary to run this mod, and be sure to follow all the installation instructions for everything...these aren't all equally "drop-n-play" mods.

No need for a mod - just add this keybind to your control profile (normally configs\default.ini)

Keyboard, R, CTRL, ALT

You'll need developer mode on to use it, though.

Call me a newbie or whatever but arent you one of the developers of iwar2?Iwar for that matter.Oh if ya are maybe you can tell me how to get Iwar to work in windows xp:D

ps: This is by far the best damn space sim Ive ever played and can only hope that theres a third installment cause I sure will go buy it.

Yup, I worked on a bit of the original Independence War, was Project Lead for Defiance, and one of the designers of I-War 2.

As for getting I-War 1 working in XP, well it's a bit of a hit-and-miss affair, unfortunately. Some uses have no problems, others can't get it to work at all.

The first thing you should try is to temporarily disable direct-draw support using DXDIAG (just type dxdiag in the start/run windows option, or in a command prompt).
