I need to manufacture the seeker mines for the Elder dudes, but it says that I dont have any manufacturing units. Where do i get these?

Go to the recycling screen and you can recycle various bits of cargo you've stored up into manufacturing units.

you must first get a seekermisl. blueprints to be able to manufacture the missiles and then recycle some of the unwanted trash you have on your cargo pods
