You might want to try downloading the save for the Dantes Inferno mission, and se if hat works. Or, email your save to me at andrewas at gmail dot com and I'll have a look at it and see if I can reproduce this bug.

Got it, same problem on my machine. Debug says that everything should be working. The easiest fix would be to download the mission 25 save and play from there.

Turns out there isnt one for Dante's Inferno, but there is one for Hide and Seek which is the previous mission.
