Public comments reopened

I've just switched to a different comment system.

We were previously using JComments here, but the developer hasn't done anything to it in about a year which resulted in massive spam attacks. I was forced to disable the public comments.

Now we're using Komento which gives us more freedom. You can like comments, embed videos and images, reply to other users and more.

This also fixes the broken links when someone comments in the download section.

Since Komento can be integrated with a lot of anti-spam techniques I've enabled guest comments, too. They have to solve a little captcha, but that shouldn't be too much of a hurdle.

I've also replaced the "Latest downloads" on the left. I don't expect to get a lot of new files anymore, so it's best to show things other people downloaded recently to keep it interesting!
