General question:

I noticed that during the OUTGO movie, Cal appears to be flying the heavy corvette. I wonder which ship I would choose under the same circumstances -- e.g. I could only keep one of the three vessels, my base and treasure were about to be destroyed, my only possessions would be what I had with me, etc. (I know this is silly, but I miss the darn game already!)

I figured Cal would've got Az and Lori to fly his other ships back through the jump thingy - or just docked them to a megafreighter and got them to take them back.

Same goes for the cargo as well, or at least the valuable cargo. The bulk chemicals and raw sewage can burn.

According to the last email from Hoffer (and Smith), Lori and Az "volunteered" to escort a refugee convoy through the jump accelerator. It doesn't say whether they used the ships at the base or were given ships by the League (I would hope they used the extra ships at the base). If I were in Cal's position, I'd load up my ship (heavy corvette) with as much small, valuable cargo as possible (cut gemstones, gold jewelry, "Lucrecia's Horde", etc.). The pods of Zero Brew, Ersatz Coffee. mood stabilizers, office supplies, etc. could go up with the base. I wonder if anybody has thought to create a mod covering the "rebuilding" of the Badlands after the war.

I used the patcom on every mission except the battle of Dante and the escape from Formalhaut. The Corvette is overweight.

Has anybody ever used the "antimatter stream" weapon on a large ship (like a transport or cruiser)? I pretty much stayed with the antimatter PBC's (good weapons)for the aliens and a standard cutting beam (for the Maas cruiser at the end). Just curious as to the effect.
