It certainly is. Look on the modders page of the main site here for hex editing a saved game. But really, Pog is not that hard. And once you learn it, you'll go bananas customizing everything in the game just because you can. Do you have the Pog SDK? I assumed you did, since you've been looking through the header files. If not, it's worthwhile to download it to read through the help files.

Hex editing may, or may not, be easier.
