However I also got the gemstones that I was looking for. Right off a little SnRV with no escort too.

Is it possible to score some neutron PBCs during act 2, besides the ones that come with Iron Duke?

Unless you're using the Future Trader mod, you won't see any more Neutron PBC's. I don't think there's ever a trade for them.

But, of course, with Future Trader you can buy as many as you like.
